Pet grooming booking software for salon and mobile groomers
Breed-aware durations, vaccination records, travel time for the mobile rig, and a pickup SMS the moment the dog is ready. Built for the way Kiwi groomers actually run a day.
What changes when you run pet grooming on Mahi Time
A groodle full groom is not a chihuahua tidy-up. Set durations and pricing by breed and coat so the calendar actually holds.
Set travel minutes per suburb so two appointments never put you in two places at once.
Store each pet's vaccination status, coat notes, temperament and handling warnings against the owner's profile.
One tap sends a "your dog is ready" text. No more phone tag with owners halfway through a wash.
A no-show on a 2-hour full groom is a dead slot. Take a deposit per service to keep bookings honest.
NZD pricing, NZ phone format, GST-ready reports, hosted locally in Australia and New Zealand, support in NZ hours.
Questions pet grooming owners ask
Can the duration change by dog breed or size?
Yes. Set up services per breed or coat type, each with its own duration and price, so the calendar reflects how long the groom really takes.
Does it work for a mobile-only grooming van?
Yes. Set travel time per suburb or region and Mahi Time spaces appointments so you are never double-booked across town.
Can I store vaccination records and temperament notes?
Yes. Each pet has a profile with vaccination status, coat history, temperament and any handling warnings, all visible on the booking screen.
Can owners book a specific groomer?
Yes. Owners pick "any" or a named groomer. You can also flag services that only one groomer does.
