Skin clinic booking software for consults, courses and follow-ups
Consultations, multi-session treatment courses, consent forms and photo progress, all on one calendar. Built for the NZ skin clinic that books a client for months, not minutes.
What changes when you run skin clinics on Mahi Time
New clients book a consult before a treatment. Each is a separate slot, separately priced, so nobody books a peel sight-unseen.
Sell a 6-session course up front and let the client book each session as they go, drawing down the balance.
Attach a consent form to a treatment. The client signs it on the booking screen before their first session and re-signs annually.
Before and after photos attached to the client profile, scrollable as a timeline for skincare progress and complaint defence.
Stop no-shows on high-value appointments with a per-service deposit. Smaller or zero deposit on quick follow-ups.
NZ Privacy Act compliant, hosted locally in Australia and New Zealand, NZD pricing, support answered in NZ business hours.
Questions skin clinics owners ask
Can I sell a course of treatments?
Yes. Sell a multi-session course up front. The client books each session against the balance and the course expires on the date you set.
Do you handle consent forms?
Yes. Attach a consent form to a treatment and the client signs it digitally on the booking screen before the first session.
Can I keep before-and-after photos against a client?
Yes. Photos attach to the client profile and display as a timeline, useful for tracking progress across a course.
Can I require a consult before a treatment?
Yes. Flag a treatment so it can only be booked once the client has a completed consult on file.
