Spa booking software for NZ day spas and wellness studios
Coordinate rooms, therapists and equipment in one calendar. Sell gift vouchers online. Take deposits on premium packages.
What changes when you run spas + wellness on Mahi Time
Treatments need both a free therapist and a free room. Mahi Time books both at once and blocks the room for the whole appointment, not just the therapist.
Bundle multiple services (facial + massage + foot ritual) into a single bookable package with package-level pricing.
Sell digital vouchers online. They turn up in the recipient's email with a code, redeemable against any service or package.
Stop no-shows on the $400 half-day spa packages. Optional 50% deposit per high-value service.
Book two clients into adjacent rooms at the same time with one transaction.
Client-facing comms get a "spa voice" tone toggle, fewer exclamation marks, calmer copy in confirmations and reminders.
Questions spas + wellness owners ask
Can I book a single appointment that needs two therapists?
Yes, for example a 4-hands massage. Mark the service as "requires N therapists" and Mahi Time finds a slot where that many are simultaneously free.
Do you support gift vouchers with expiry dates?
Yes, 12 months by default (NZ Consumer Guarantees Act minimum). You can extend per voucher.
Can guests check in via a kiosk?
Yes. Kiosk mode on an iPad at the entrance lets guests check themselves in, which alerts the therapist without front-desk staff in the loop.
